Healthy Eating

In order to be healthy, we have to eat at least 2 servings of fruits ,2 servings of vegetable,drink 8 glasses of water and exercise daily to keep fit.Most of the adults and children loved to eat oily and salty food which makes tham unhealthy.

If we eat unheathy foods, we will easily get sick or having deseases that can make our lifes shorter.Some of the deseaces are Flu, Fever, high Cholestrol and many more.Eating fruits and vegetable makes us strong, healthy and fit.I like eating vegetables and fruits because it makes us heathy and it is very crunchy.

I will encourage the pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables because it makes tham healthy and fit.I will suggest to eat more fruits and vegetables competition.Hope you eat more fruits and vegetables.Drink more water beacuse the weather is very warm these few days.

Cyber Addiction

Hi,



My favourite game is Mousehunt on facebook.I spent about one hour playing computer games a day.I do not know how to stop myself from Cyber Addiction.I don't know why???That's why i'm so scared of CyberAddition.If my friend who is a game addict, i will keep advising him/her to STOP!!!

Reflections of SA1 Performance

Hi there,

I think that the SA1 test is fair.All tests are very fair.I done well in my test for science but i done bad for my chinese,mathematics and english.I think my tuitions helped me in my studies.Because when i do not know what my teacher was teaching me in school,i can ask him/her.I felt sad for all the subjects except for my science.I think the teacher should make the lessons more interesting.

Hi everyone,

Influenza A H1N1 is a pig disease,human disease and chicken disease combined together.Now,there is two cases in malaysia,canada,costa rica,japan,spain,U.K,colombia,hong kong,new zeland and more.
Countries try to prevent the spread of this disease by taking temperature instantly to make sure that you're not sick.

Temperature taking excercises are held.i cover my mouth when i sneeze or cough.

International Friendship Day

Hi there,

We celebrate international friendship day because we can make more friends like that.The internalnational friendship day comes about having friends.ASEAN is ten countries.The ten countries are:Singapore,Myanmar,thailand,Cambodia,Brunei,Philipines,Laos,Vietnam,Malaysia and Indonasia.

I love the activities organized by the teachers and the principle.I love it because i am interested in indonasia.I think the school should hire some teachers that can teach us the languges in the ASEAN countries.When we had learned the languages,we can speak to peoples from the ASEAN countries,so that we can make more friends from the ASEAN countries peoples.
